Just tryign to create a simple gallery page in Portfolio. Images uploaded fine. Bit I can't figure out how to change the spelling of my name from ty semaka to Ty Semaka. When I click on the pencil beside my name (which I assume means to edit) I can't change the type at all. Also When I fill in my Contact Info and click "Submit" absolutely nothing happens.

I never save directly to an external drive. It was a backup. But unfortunately I didn't keep the originals on my computer. I do however have it backed up on two other drives and the files on those other drives work. It seems just that folder on 30+ files became corrupted somehow.

They were saved to an external drive, yes. I brought a copy of them over to my computer but they're still not opening. However, I've since tried open even older psd files and they're opening just fine. Someone suggested I may have just given them the wrong extension, but there's no way I gave 30+ files all the same wrong extension in the same folder.

Photoshop CC 2019 Suddenly Won't Open Any Files I Created Over 1 Month Ago. It says "Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document. I have tried opening several psd files and it says the same thing. It seems I CAN open files created in the last month but I need to open several files I made in May 2019.

Thanks Dave. That was indeed the answer. The only reasons I went with 150 ppi is because the printer vendor told me to AND it's actually going on the side of a building for a TV show at ground height and it will be filmed from about 10 feet away on high definition cameras. It's a billboard. Billboards are large and I won't submit artwork to a printer at the wrong size. They always screw up the job then. So when I had the problem my ppi was at 150. When I lowered the ppi to 100 and resaved it as a PSD the problem went away. This is a limitation of Photoshop's that is not cool with me. You can't take away resolution then magically bring it back. Once things get blurrier they stay blurry.

When I made the file small enough to be a PSD instead of a PSB, all of the filters reappeared as useable.

It said “Install” but once it installs the ONLY button beside it says “Start Trial”, then when I click start trial is says I can use if for 30 days or register it. Why am I being asked to register it if I’m signed into my Adobe account. I have a serial number but it’s at home.

Well, I managed to download Creative Cloud installer and started downloading the programs I need but they’re all TRAIL versions. If I’m signed into Adobe’s website, why is it downloading trial versions?
